MEMBERSHIP AND ACCOUNT USEIf the Website offers a membership system, the User is responsible for providing accurate, current and complete information when creating an account.The User is responsible for protecting their account information. GUEST USER TRANSACTIONSNovaskin may allow users to place orders as guest users without creating an account.Guest users are also subject to these Terms and other relevant legal documents regarding orders, payments, delivery, returns, privacy, cookies and website use.The guest user accepts that the email address, phone number, delivery address and billing information provided during the order process are accurate and current.7. PRODUCT IMAGES, COLOURS AND STOCK INFORMATIONNovaskin makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate.However, minor differences may occur due to:screen settings,lighting conditions,device colour profiles,packaging updates,batch or production differences,design renewals.Stock information, prices, campaign details and product descriptions displayed on the Website may appear incorrectly due to technical or operational reasons. In case of obvious error, technical malfunction, stock error or pricing error, Novaskin reserves the right to review and, where necessary, cancel the order.9. ORDER TRANSACTIONSThe User may create a cart by selecting Products on the Website and proceed to the payment step.For an order to be completed:Products must be selected,delivery information must be entered,billing information must be entered,relevant agreements and policies must be approved,payment must be completed,the order must be received by the system.The User is responsible for checking the Products, quantities, delivery address, billing information, total amount, shipping fee and payment method before completing the order.Completion of the order means that the User accepts that they have performed a transaction creating a payment obligation.10. PAYMENT INFRASTRUCTURE AND USE OF IYZICOPayment transactions on the Novaskin website are processed through the iyzico payment infrastructure.During credit card, debit card or other digital payment transactions, payment information may be processed by iyzico and the relevant banks or payment institutions.Novaskin does not store, record or manually view card information on its own servers.For payment security purposes, 3D Secure, bank verification, risk checks, transaction approval or similar security mechanisms may be applied.The User may be redirected to the iyzico payment screen, bank verification screen or 3D Secure verification area during the payment step. In such processes, the security, verification and privacy rules of iyzico and the relevant bank or payment institution may apply.If the payment transaction is rejected, not approved, considered risky or technically cannot be completed by the bank, card institution, payment institution or iyzico, the order may not be deemed completed.11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE LIMITATIONBeyond the payment infrastructure, third-party advertising, analytics, marketing, tracking pixels or behavioural targeting may be used only based on your cookie-banner choices (Analytics / Marketing), including Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel.Without your consent, third-party advertising cookies, third-party analytics cookies, social media tracking pixels or retargeting technologies are not activated for monitoring usage; strictly necessary cookies are unaffected.Payments are processed using the iyzico payment infrastructure. CAMPAIGN, COUPON AND PROMOTION USENovaskin may offer campaigns, discounts, coupons, gift products, free shipping or promotions from time to time.Campaigns may be limited by:specific period,limited stock,specific Products,specific user groups,specific payment methods,specific order amounts.The User may use campaigns and coupons only within the conditions determined by Novaskin.Campaign or coupon transactions that are erroneous, misused, used by exploiting system vulnerabilities or used outside their intended purpose may be cancelled by Novaskin.25. ORDER CANCELLATION AND TRANSACTION REFUSALNovaskin reserves the right to cancel an order or refuse to process a transaction in the following cases:payment approval cannot be obtained,payment transaction is considered risky,false or incomplete information is provided,stock error,obvious pricing error,technical system error,delivery becomes impossible,Product cannot be supplied,suspicion of misuse,campaign or coupon abuse,suspicion of unlawful transaction,commercial resale purpose.If any payment has been collected in such cases, the refund process shall be initiated in accordance with the relevant legal documents and payment method.26. FORCE MAJEUREEvents beyond the control of the Parties that prevent or delay the performance of obligations arising from these Terms shall be considered force majeure.The following may be considered force majeure events:earthquake,flood,fire,epidemic,war,terrorist act,decisions of public authorities,internet outages,power outages,payment infrastructure failures,cyberattacks,supply chain disruptions,cargo and logistics interruptions,technical infrastructure failures.During a force majeure event, Novaskin’s obligations may be suspended or reasonably postponed.29. AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMSNovaskin may update these Website Terms of Use due to changes in legislation, operational needs, technical infrastructure updates or changes in website operation.The updated Terms become effective on the date they are published on novaskin.bio.If the User continues to use the Website after changes to these Terms, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the updated Terms.For completed orders, the Distance Sales Agreement and Preliminary Information Form in force on the order date shall remain reserved.30. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT AUTHORITIESThese Terms shall be governed by Turkish law.Where the User qualifies as a consumer, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts shall have jurisdiction depending on the monetary value of the dispute for the relevant year.For users who do not qualify as consumers and act for commercial or professional purposes, general courts and relevant commercial provisions may apply.31.
