SCOPEThese terms apply to:all orders placed through novaskin.bio,credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT and other available payment methods,order preparation and shipping processes,delivery, failed delivery, incorrect address and damaged delivery cases,invoice and electronic document processes,shipping fees, free shipping and reshipment conditions.Products purchased from unauthorised sellers, third-party platforms, second-hand sales channels, social media accounts or any sources not expressly authorised by Novaskin are outside the scope of these terms.3. PAYMENT METHODSNovaskin may support the following payment methods in order to provide customers with a secure and organised shopping experience.Available payment methods may change from time to time due to payment infrastructure, bank agreements, technical requirements, campaign periods or operational reasons.3.1. Payment by Credit Card and Debit CardPayments may be made on the Novaskin website using Visa, Mastercard, Troy and other credit or debit cards supported by the payment infrastructure.Where supported on the payment screen, the following options may be offered:single payment,instalment payment,bank campaign payment,virtual card payment.Instalment options may vary depending on the issuing bank, card type, payment infrastructure, campaign conditions and applicable legal restrictions. Novaskin does not guarantee the application of instalments, deferrals, points, bonuses or campaign advantages provided by banks.3.2. Payment Security and 3D SecureCredit card and debit card transactions are processed through secure payment infrastructure and virtual POS systems.Your card details are not stored, recorded or manually viewed on Novaskin servers. Card data is processed by the relevant bank, payment institution or authorised payment infrastructure solely for the purpose of completing the payment transaction.3D Secure or similar authentication methods may be used for payment transactions. During 3D Secure verification, your bank may send an SMS, mobile notification or similar security verification to your registered phone number.If 3D Secure verification is not completed, the bank does not approve the transaction, authorisation cannot be obtained, or the payment institution considers the transaction risky, the order may not be deemed completed.3.3. Payment by Bank Transfer / EFTIf the Bank Transfer / EFT option is available on the order screen, the customer may pay the order amount by transferring it to Novaskin’s official bank account.When making a bank transfer/EFT payment, at least one of the following details must be written in the payment description field:order number,full name,phone number used in the order,email address used in the order.Complete payment description information is important for matching the payment with the order. If the payment description is missing or incorrect, order confirmation may be delayed.For orders created with bank transfer/EFT, the payment must reach Novaskin’s account within [24 hours] from the order date. If payment is not received within this period, the order may be automatically or manually cancelled by Novaskin.Bank transfer/EFT transactions may be delayed due to bank working hours, public holidays, weekends and interbank processing times. The date and time when the payment reaches Novaskin’s account shall be taken as the basis for processing the order.3.4. Bank Account InformationNovaskin may update its bank account information without prior notice. The customer is responsible for checking the current bank account information displayed on the website before making payment.Novaskin shall not be responsible for payments made to an incorrect IBAN, another person or any account not belonging to Novaskin.3.5. Cash on DeliveryUnless expressly stated otherwise, Novaskin does not offer cash on delivery.For the order to be prepared and shipped, payment must be completed through the website or transferred to the specified bank account.3.6. Suspicious or Risky Payment TransactionsNovaskin reserves the right to review certain orders in order to prevent payment security risks and fraud.In the following cases, an order may be temporarily placed on hold, additional verification may be requested, or the order may be cancelled:payment details do not match buyer information,the bank or payment institution issues a risk warning,suspected stolen card, unauthorised transaction or chargeback risk,unusually high-value order,multiple orders placed to the same customer or address within a short period,incomplete, incorrect or suspicious delivery information,bulk purchase suspected to be intended for commercial resale.If an order is cancelled for these reasons, any amount collected shall be refunded using the appropriate payment method.4. PRICES, TAXES AND ADDITIONAL FEESProduct prices are the prices displayed on the website at the time the order is created.The VAT-inclusive product price, campaign discount, coupon discount, shipping fee and total payment amount, if any, are displayed to the customer before the order is completed.No additional fee that is not shown on the order screen shall be charged without the customer’s explicit approval.However, additional costs arising from the following situations may belong to the customer:incorrect or incomplete delivery address,refusal of delivery,failure to collect the package from the cargo branch within the required period,customer-requested reshipment,request for a carrier other than Novaskin’s contracted cargo provider,special delivery request.5. ORDER CONFIRMATIONFor an order to be processed:the order must be completed through the website,the payment obligation must be confirmed by the customer,payment approval must be obtained for credit/debit card payments,the amount must be received in Novaskin’s account for bank transfer/EFT payments,delivery and contact information must be sufficient.After the order is completed, an order summary may be sent to the customer via email, SMS, user account notification or another durable medium.Novaskin reserves the right to cancel an order in cases such as technical error, stock error, obvious pricing error, payment security risk or impossibility of delivery. If payment has been collected, it shall be refunded to the customer.6. ORDER PREPARATION PROCESSOrders with approved payment are prepared and handed over to the contracted cargo company under standard conditions within [1-3 business days].Order preparation time may vary depending on:stock availability,number of products,campaign intensity,public holidays,weekends,cargo operations,force majeure events.Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays may be processed on the next business day.During campaign periods, high-volume order periods, days before public holidays or extraordinary circumstances, preparation and shipping times may be extended.7. CARGO COMPANYOrders are shipped through Novaskin’s contracted cargo company or logistics service provider.Contracted Cargo Company: YurticiShipping Origin: Alanya / AntalyaNovaskin reserves the right to change the contracted cargo company or work with different logistics providers according to operational requirements.If the customer requests a carrier other than the one determined by Novaskin, the customer may be responsible for delays, loss or damage occurring after the product is handed over to the requested carrier.8. SHIPPING FEESThe shipping fee is reflected in the cart total during the order process and clearly displayed to the customer before payment.Unless expressly stated otherwise, the shipping fee belongs to the customer.Novaskin may offer free shipping during certain campaign periods or for orders exceeding a certain amount.Free Shipping Threshold: [Example: Free shipping for orders of 500 TRY and above]Free shipping conditions may vary depending on campaign periods, product type, delivery region or order amount.If a partial return causes the order amount to fall below the free shipping threshold, campaign conditions and refund amount may be reassessed.9. DELIVERY TIMEPackages handed over to cargo may be delivered within an average of [1-5 business days], depending on the operational workload of the cargo company and the distance of the delivery address from the Alanya / Antalya shipping origin.Delivery time may vary due to:city centres,district centres,rural areas,mobile delivery areas,islands, villages, towns or areas outside branch coverage,weather conditions,public holidays,cargo company workload.Delivery may take longer for mobile regions, villages, towns or addresses without a cargo branch. In some regions, delivery may be made on specific days, or the customer may need to collect the package from the nearest cargo branch.Novaskin does not have direct control over the cargo company’s operational delivery plan, delays or regional distribution schedule. However, Novaskin provides the necessary support for order tracking and customer information.10. DELIVERY ADDRESSThe customer is responsible for entering the delivery address accurately, completely and in a manner suitable for cargo delivery.The delivery address should clearly include:neighbourhood,street/avenue,building name or number,door number,district,city,postal code, if available,recipient’s full name,reachable phone number.If delivery cannot be completed due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the package is returned or reshipment is required, additional shipping and operational costs may belong to the customer.11. RECIPIENT NOT AVAILABLE AT ADDRESSIf the cargo company cannot reach the recipient at the delivery address, the package may be taken to the nearest cargo branch or scheduled for redelivery.Depending on the cargo company’s procedures, the customer may be informed via SMS, phone, email or cargo tracking system.Packages left at the branch must be collected within the period determined by the cargo company. Packages not collected within this period may be returned to Novaskin.If the package cannot be delivered due to a reason attributable to the customer and is returned to Novaskin:the order may be cancelled,an additional shipping fee may be requested for reshipment,the refund process may be evaluated under the Distance Sales Agreement and Return Policy.Branch collection period: [Example: 3 business days]12. INSPECTION AT DELIVERYCosmetic products must be received carefully due to packaging integrity, hygiene protection and physical safety requirements.The customer should inspect the package, to the extent possible, in the presence of the cargo officer at the time of delivery.If any of the following conditions exist, the issue should be reported to the cargo officer before accepting the package:crushed outer box,tearing,wetness,leakage,opened package,damaged tapes,broken or crushed product boxes,suspected broken glass bottle,liquid leaking from the package,suspected missing product.In such cases, the customer should request a Damage Report from the cargo officer and, where possible, take photographs of the package.13. DAMAGED DELIVERY PROCEDUREPackages that are visibly damaged should, where possible, not be accepted and a damage report should be prepared by the cargo officer.If the damaged package has been accepted or the damage is noticed after delivery, the customer should contact Novaskin as soon as possible.Where possible, the following information should be provided during a damage notification:order number,recipient full name,delivery date,cargo tracking number,photo of the outer shipping box,photo of the product box,photo of the damaged product,damage report, if available,description of the missing or damaged product.If a package is accepted without a damage report, it may be more difficult to determine whether the damage occurred during shipping or after delivery. This may affect the review process.This provision does not eliminate the customer’s statutory rights relating to defective products or mandatory consumer protection law.14. MISSING PRODUCT NOTIFICATIONIf the customer believes that an item is missing from the delivered package, the package, product boxes, invoice/e-archive document and shipping packaging should be kept.For missing product notifications, the customer should contact Novaskin with the following information:order number,delivery date,product believed to be missing,photos of the products received,photos of the shipping box and internal packaging.Novaskin may review packaging records, order records, stock movements and cargo information.15. INVOICE AND DOCUMENTATIONAll orders are invoiced in accordance with the tax legislation of the Republic of Türkiye.The invoice is issued based on the information provided by the customer during the order. The customer is responsible for ensuring that invoice information is accurate and complete.The invoice may be delivered to the customer via:e-archive invoice,e-invoice,electronic document link,email attachment,user account access.The package may also include a delivery note, order summary or information document.For corporate invoice requests, tax office, tax number, legal trade name and billing address must be entered completely. After the order is completed, changing invoice information may be limited under applicable legislation and system capabilities.16. ORDER CANCELLATIONThe customer may request cancellation before the order is handed over to cargo.If the order has not yet been prepared or shipped, Novaskin may process the cancellation request and refund the collected amount using the appropriate payment method.If the order has already been handed over to cargo, the request shall be evaluated under the return and right of withdrawal provisions.Novaskin may cancel an order in the following cases:payment approval cannot be obtained,bank transfer/EFT payment is not received within the required period,stock error,obvious pricing error,technical system error,payment security risk,impossibility of delivery,suspicious transaction or misuse detected.17. REFUNDSAfter cancellation or return approval, the refund shall be made using a method compatible with the customer’s original payment method.For credit card and debit card refunds, the time required for the amount to appear on the customer’s card may vary depending on the bank after Novaskin initiates the refund.For bank transfer/EFT refunds, the customer must provide accurate and complete bank account information. Novaskin shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete IBAN information.Refund processes are carried out in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement, Return and Hygiene Policy and applicable consumer legislation.18. STOCK, SUPPLY AND IMPOSSIBILITY OF DELIVERYIf the ordered product is out of stock, cannot be supplied, or delivery becomes impossible, Novaskin shall inform the customer.In such case, the customer may be offered:order cancellation,refund,stock waiting option,equivalent product suggestion.The customer is not obliged to accept an equivalent product suggestion. If not accepted, the collected amount shall be refunded using the appropriate payment method.19. CAMPAIGNS, COUPONS AND FREE SHIPPING CONDITIONSNovaskin may offer discounts, coupons, promotions, gift products or free shipping campaigns from time to time.Campaign conditions may depend on:campaign duration,stock availability,product scope,minimum order amount,delivery region,payment method,usage limit per customer.If partial cancellation or return causes the order to lose campaign conditions, the campaign discount, coupon advantage, free shipping or gift product status may be recalculated.20. FORCE MAJEUREEvents beyond Novaskin’s control that affect order, payment, shipping or delivery processes may be considered force majeure.The following may be considered force majeure events:natural disaster,earthquake,fire,flood,epidemic,war,terrorism,public authority decisions,cargo/logistics disruptions,supply chain problems,internet or power outages,payment infrastructure failures,cyberattacks,regional transportation restrictions.During force majeure events, delivery and processing times may be extended. If the process continues for an extended period, the customer shall be informed and order cancellation or refund options may be evaluated.21.
